Hey everyone, I am new to investing and have been working on getting my first deal. I have done mailers, driving for dollars, cold calling, email marketing etc. with no luck thus far but still working at it! I have a website set up with SEO and backlinks being built so just looking for deals in the meantime until I can generate traffic to there.
