@Clyde Boswell I own and operate Trusted Property Inspections a 4 inspector team here in Central and North Eastern Ohio. 

We specialize in investment property and I personally have completed close to 160 inspections so far this year ranging from $700K single-family new builds to $60K beat-up tenant-occupied duplexes and multimillion-dollar commercial real estate.

    Hey Clyde, having done a lot of BRRRRs and flips myself here in Columbus Ohio and being quite experienced with renovations myself, I definitely go with a home inspection if I'm feeling unsure about a property. I'm happy to introduce you to my home inspection company that I've used, they charge extremely reasonable and always do a very in-depth meticulous job!     Trusted property inspections is pretty good. They take video walkthroughs, which is helpful to reference the unit conditions.
