Hi,

Finally purchased my first rental property in Greenacres FL. Does anyone have recommendations for the best platform to find a tenant? I appreciate any advice.

Hi Carlos, congrats on getting started in the RE game. I am a realtor and investor myself. I would say this, if you really don't want to use a realtor, your best bets are zillow and FB marketplace in my opinion. I really haven't had much success with CL. Just make sure you have the time and energy to deal with a bunch of unqualified potential tenants. It can be a headache but you will save money so you have to decide what works best for your personally and time-wise.
