Hello everybody,

My name is Kamyshia. I’m new to the real estate world this year and look forward to learning all of the techniques talked about on this forum. I’m originally from Montana and have goals to invest there someday, but am starting out in Florida. I learned about bigger pockets podcast from “The Book on Investing in Real Estate With No and Low Money Down” by Brandon Turner, and then from there learned about this forum.
