Finally acquiring my first property, a few questions
I am FINALLY acquiring my first property after several months of waiting. The property is located in Northampton, and I have a few questions if anyone is able to help me out I'd be very grateful! Sorry for the newbie questions...
-The property is essentially turnkey, ready to rent; Must I make any changes before a tenant occupies? Ie, change carpet, paint etc?
-Are there any certs that I must obtain prior to a tenant taking possession? I realize this may vary county to county, is this something I should check with Northampton township on?
