Hello,

I am fresh off the boat when it comes to this real estate business. However, I am looking for a mentor who I can learn from and in return help out with your business in some way. I am currently residing in Cleveland, Ohio area if someone is interested or willing to be a blessing to me? I'm looking to buy & hold some rental properties & eventually learn how to become a wholesaler. With that said, I hope it is someone on this site that I can come across to give me some pointers?
