Recommended source of truth for pulling market data?

Trying to identify the best free sources of truth for pulling market specific data...Ex. med sales, sales y0y, med rents, rent y0y, pop growth, job growth, etc. Pulling from Zillow and Realtor seem to have limited and conflicting data. Fred and NAR are too macro on their views for specific markets.

The problem is that you want free and easy. If that data were free and easy, everyone would have access to it and you would have no advantage in the market.

Computer algorithms will not give you the answers you need. Studying a market and crunching the numbers requires work, even if you pay for the data. As you improve your analysis skills, it will get easier and faster, but it still requires time and effort.
