Looking for creative input on a relocation plan
I currently live in a remote area of Maine. Economy is terrible and I'd like to make a move. I bought my home a year ago, very little if any equity. I also have very little funds to stack up for this crazy idea I have. I own a home based business which also took a downturn this year so that's not very helpful either.
I'm looking for some creative input on ways I could accomplish moving to South Florida. I think there might be something I haven't thought of and maybe someone out there holds the lightbulb moment for me. I'm open to all ideas including renting out my current home (if that's even possible - this area is super remote with no property management companies), househacking in Florida, buying a business, selling all my possessions lol... what else have ya got? I have great credit and I've been binging these podcasts for over a year. I have a lot of ideas, just not sure how to string them together properly to get the ball rolling.
Really interested in changing my life around and have been for years. Seems like now is the time. I still have some fuzzy spots in my thinking on how all this could work. Any input is welcome.
