Looking for investor first house LA
Hello, I wanted to start this journey into the Real Estate world, I have found a house in LA that needs to get fixed up. I was wondering, if I get a Hard Money Loan but they give me 80%, how can I get that 20% to put down?
Is there any Investor willing to analyze this deal and maybe want to jump into this deal? Let me know please this would be a great experience for my first flip!
