Tracking Cash Flow for Rental Properties
Does anyone recommend a certain software or perhaps an excel template to track cash flow for multiple properties?
Ideally, I would like to be able to see gross income, expenses, net income at the unit level and also at the aggregate level for all properties combined. Any suggestions/tips would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure if this is the correct way, but I keep every property I own in it's own checking account and track all expenses and income coming in and out
