Looking to Invest in Regina Saskatchewan or Calgary Alberta

Hey everyone,

I am from Hamilton Ontario and I am pretty interested in purchasing multi family homes in Calgary and/or Regina. I am looking for investment properties only. I am hoping to find some people on here that have knowledge of these two cities that could potentially help me out. At this point any outside knowledge is greatly appreciated. I am doing tons of research myself but was hoping to find someone with little more personal insight. Thanks so much every one!

@Tyler I live in Alberta, but I look at market fundamentals first. I see the Calgary and Edmonton markets as quite stable, with modest rent increases on the horizon. I can't speak for Saskatchewan though.
