Hi Jordan,

We have lots of connections with contractors in the area. We actually just finished a project in Del Mar for a recent acquistion of ours. We flipped a duplex and added two adu units as well in the backyard of each unit for a short and long term rental opportunity. PM me and I would be happy to connect and network!
