Ways better then a book?
Hello everyone, I have read 3 books so far that's been recommend by the community. The titles of the books are "Buy,Rehab,Rent and Repeat", "How to Invest in Real Estate" and "The Book on investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) money down". I've notice since I was kid that I do a lot better hands on then reading it from books. I wanted to know some different ways of learning that you all recommend. I know Real Estate Investment groups in the area has died down a lot from Covid and just now are starting to pick back up so I will be intending those in the near future.
