Hi BP Community!

I'm looking into getting more into RE, mainly looking for BRRRR strategy. Looking into market suggestions. I've been researching online quite a bit but that initial fear is still a bit scary, especially for investing remotely.

Currently looking at Kansas City MO/KS, Columbus OH, Little Rock AR. I’m wondering if anyone have any suggestions regarding those market or recommendation on some other markets for multi family homes.

Also curious to know what kind of metrics do you guys use to evaluate a good BRRRR deal? I guess my primary concern is estimating the rehab cost.

Thanks! Looking to learn more from everyone!
