I'm in the market research phase, (Still deciding on a general area) and I have some question

1) Any good tutorial out there with resources on the matter?

2) Looking for good, free reliable and up to date resources on the following:

* Crime Rate

* Unemployment rate

* Population change

* Future job growth

* Population

* Anything else I might of left out
