College student looking for job (Boston area)

Hi BP community! This is my first post, but I've been listening to the BP podcast for a few years now.

I'm a rising senior at a locally well known business school in the Boston area getting a Bachelor's in Business and Real Estate. Through this I've learned about financial statements, analyzing properties, and real estate law. I have some experience with Argus and I've been analyzing properties in excel in my free time for a while now.

Additionally, I've been working at my grandmother's 30 unit student rental property for college students every summer for several years. As a result, I know a good amount about turnover maintenance.

My long term goal is to achieve financial independence through buy and hold real estate in the next 15 years. However, in order to get to that point I need some sort of job after college. A lot of my classmates will go into the corporate world after graduation, but I'm not sure that environment is necessarily for me. I'd much rather work for a real estate entrepreneur in the Boston area that needs an assistant or an extra hand that I can learn from and provide value to.

If you know of anyone who may need an extra hand, I'd love to meet up with them. Additionally, any advice is welcome.

Thank you for your time.
