Rental income data
I am looking for reliable ways to get a baseline of rental income for given units in my market. I am wondering if others use web resources to find this data? Or do others always look to real estate agents for this data. I was just thinking it would be nice if there was a web resource avalable that could provide reliable rental rages for apartments given factors like location, sq footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, off street parking or garage space, etc.

It's not perfect, but not bad either.
