Rental Documents - College Tenants
Hey everyone! A couple and partners and have decided to buy rentals at the college campus that we attended, since we know all the ins and outs of that specific market. Does anyone have any experience renting to college kids, and if so I am curious on exactly what 'legal' documents you needed compared to renting to a normal family. Thank you in advance.
