Central NC investing

Hello everyone, I'm a new investor looking into the central NC markets. I am looking into both SFH's and small multifamily to buy and hold as I venture into this new real estate journey. The two markets I have narrowed down are Fayetteville and the Triad (Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point). I'm actively building a network in these two areas so I can do some business. I'm looking for trustworthy and capable contractors, lenders, HML's, and real estate agents in these locations. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Hi Jamal. Congrats on getting started on your journey! Have you tried the local REI groups? They can be a great help in building a network when looking at new markets.
