Hi BP Fam,

I am a new aspiring investor. I have been listening to BP podcasts for some months now and also read and am currently still reading on learning how to invest in my first property (Looking into investing in a duplex to house hack).

I recently moved from Southern California to Frisco, Texas. And i am looking for nearby Seasoned Investors that i can help and learn from. I believe in delayed gratification, and am willing to do what it takes to learn and pay my dues.
