Wholesaling in Wisconsin
My friend and I are in the process of wholesaling in Wisconsin and I just wanted to see if any of you on here had any tips, stories, or updates on how successful you've been in the Wisconsin market. I am in the Oshkosh, Appleton, Green Bay area. We are at a stage where we found a trustworthy realtor, two contractors to walk houses with us, and we've been in contact with a cash buyer. We are now spending the time to analyze deals and the little things that go into wholesaling. If any of you could give me some feedback on your experience that would be great!
