20 year old college student
I am Nolan McKim. I am a college student in northern Indiana and am very new to real estate investing. I want to buy a house to rent out to my friends so I can live for free while collecting rent from my friends but I only have 1 year of college left and then I will move back to my hometown which is in northwest Indiana. So my question is should I buy a house here and then rent it out to other college students later on or should I focus on buying a house in my hometown and rent it while I am at college. I would love any feedback possible. Thanks everyone!
