Finding Brokers- Houston/Texas
Hi,
I gave my real estate exam 6 months ago. My goal is only to invest for my self (1-2 properties/year). I joined a broker just to realize that I do not need training as they mainly focus on active agents. I pay $100/mo.
Due to personal issues, I may not be active investor for next 6-8 months. I am looking for guidance on any other broker agents I may consider who do not have monthly desk fee. Brokers where I can just hang my license as investor. I am mainly interested in short sales, foreclosures or off market properties.
Any recommendations. How much do you pay annually?
Area: Houston/ Texas
