1st Timer in Search of Help with Analysis
Hello fellow investors, if there someone out there willing to help me understand how to better utilize the analysis tools, I would greatly appreciate it. Although I am just starting out, I am eagerly interested in purchasing my first multifamily property as soon as I can, (my dream would be to purchase a 20 unit). Thank you all in advance!
