My wife and I just purchased our first investment from her family. What kind of occupancies can we expect in the area? Location is roughly 1 north of Dallas, Tx. Lakefront, dock, bar within walking distance. 2 bedroom 2 back with an upstairs bunk room. Sleeps 10.
