Looking to but my first property

Kendra Espinosa

Hello everyone,

I am from Reading, Pennsylvania. I am looking to buy my first property (2 to 4 unit). I plan to buy it with an FHA instead of a conventional loan. I am new to this and I have never owned a property. Should I apply for a loan first and then look for a real estate agent to help me find a property or can the agent help me with the loan process as well? Any advice, tips, words of wisdom are greatly appreciated. Thank you!
