Self storage deal off market
Trying to put together an off market deal. Person wants us to take over their loan and add 30k cash.
70% occupancy and in a rural area. What are your thoughts on this deal?
4,000 sq ft small facility. Brings in approx 1,200$ to 1,400$ a month and debt service is around 800$. Lots of value add potential as well.
