Business Banking Help

Hey everyone! I am an out of state investor and want to open a business banking account. I'm currently investing using the BRRRR strategy. Would it be best for me to look for a bank (small or big) in the state in which I am investing? I have also seen some business banking online options, as well as, bigger banks that have branches nation wide. Please let me know your thoughts! It is much appreciated!
