50/50 partnership question
Hello all,
I am potentially partnering on a flip where the partner is also the realtor. My question is, would it be fair/reasonable to have the resale commission also be split 50/50?
My thought is that when doing a 50/50 partnership, one of the partners is bound to do a little bit less, or a little bit more depending on their strengths. Curious to hear your opinions! Thanks!
