What interview questions would you ask a purchasing manager?

I'm getting ready to take another big step in building out my team. I'm ready to add a purchasing manager to handle seller calls once they have been tended and screened by my VA team. My VA's handle all my initial incoming calls and tend and screen the leads to ensure they are qualified financially and have proper motivation before they get referred on to me. I already have a VA manager but I'm finding the VA's are generating more leads than I have time to follow up on in a timely manner based on my busy family schedule. I'm making this a long term goal as I need to find just the right person and plan to share revenue from the flip, wholesale, and long term deals that result form the off market leads they work. If you were going to hand off the reins of may of your screened and ready off market seller contacts to a purchasing manager. 1. Where would you look to find them? 2. What interview questions would you think would be critical?
