Which Business Entity Suits Best?

I'm looking to file a business entity, but am unsure on which route is best suited for my endeavour's. I am currently wholesaling real estate and utilizing seller financing, in addition to other creative financing strategies. Would appreciate all suggestions regarding what I should file for.
