RE Book Club

I've been reading RE books on and off for the past couple of years but always lose steam. Was wondering if anybody is in the same boat and would like to be part of a group to hold one another accountable and hold bi-weekly check-ins for books? Could be something as simple as a text message like "How's your progress on X book going?" or something more if we're so inclined. Don't even have to be reading the same book but the next few on my list are "The Book on Investing In Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down," "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor," and "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing." Open to suggestions as well.
