What are your 2022 Q3 Goals??

Hello Fellow BPers!

I cannot believe we are in Q3 of 2022 already! I have a small portfolio of 4 OOS LTRs, and I'm moving into the larger multifamily space. Here are my goals:

1. 1. Gp on another syndication
2. 2. Better organize investor database
3. 3. Finish 12 modules on LTCF (coaching program)
4. 4. Host 3 meet-ups
5. 5. Agree on an LLC name with my husband
6. 6. Add 50 people to my investor database
