Single member LLC - WA vs. AZ

Hello fellow investors,

I live in WA, bought a property in AZ. I am going to register single member LLC to hold AZ property.

What are the pros and cons of registering in WA vs. AZ and vise versa.

Are there any regulations around this?

Appreciate if you point me in the right direction.
