Track My Campaign: 1200+ Yellow Letters

In a previous post, I showed a pic of the 1200+ yellow letters I'm mailing out as part of my first virtual wholesaling campaign.

I thought it might be interesting for you guys to see the results of my campaign, so I've created a Google Doc that allows you to do just that:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gZRxVNQvz_fi_Y1E2Lhii0_hBQ07IHK-FfI6Mnkbkx8/edit?usp=sharing

A few details:

  • I'm in Los Angeles / The list is targetting Cuyahoga County (Cleveland, OH)
  • List Type: Inheritance
  • List size: ~1200
  • Call to action: Local Cleveland number that goes to VM

So far, I've only received one call and it was the day after Christmas. I'm expecting the call volume to increase as the holidays wrap-up and people start to realize they need cash to pay off the debt they accumulated.

If folks are interested, I was thinking about sharing examples of the various voicemails I receive (with personal info bleeped out) so that other wholesalers can get a feel for what to expect. Let me know if that is something you'd be interested in.
