@Amber Castro If your interested in tax lien investing for other states, Arizona does tax lien auctions, but they just finished thier annual sales in February. Some counties have auctions of leftover liens that nobody bought in the February sales - but you have to be careful, those liens are probably for terrible properties since nobody bought the lien in the original sale.
I created a simple spreadsheet that lists the states that do hold tax lien sales. It lists the state, the interest rate range, the redemption period (how long the original owner has to pay back the taxes), the bidding method used, and some information about the process for the state.
You can download the spreadsheet from Biggerpockets under the menu at the top of this page. It's under "Resources". Then choose "FilePlace", then look under "Spreadsheets" for "Tax Lien by State".
Take a listen to the BP podcast number 56 with Ankit Duggal where he describes tax lien investing in New Jersey.
