You success and your failures.

I read a lot of the success that goes on in biggerpockets but I don't quiet often read too many failures. I've only been investing 1 year and I'm currently working on my brokers license at this time and I've had multiple failures when I first started. It took me about 3 months to do my first deal which isn't bad but it was extremely stressful due to I didn't have the right systems in place. I was mislead with other wholesalers that were basically trying to steal my deals right from under me. But I kept up my hustle and diligence and did my first deal. I would like someone to give me a failure and success of how their investing wasn't so great in the beginning but in the end you overcame all obstacles.
