Newbie REI from Paducah, Ky.

Hello everybody!

I'm Larry Griffith from Paducah, Ky. (western part of state). I just bought a foreclosure as I was tired of paying rent on an apartment for the past 6 years..As I was searching for this house, I realized I could make some good money buying, fixing them up and selling..The past week I have been devouring all the information I can on REI..I googled REI mentors, as I was about to hire one for a small fortune to advise me and found BiggerPockets..And I am so glad I did!..I am 64 and need to supplement my retirement and believe REI is the best way I can do that....I want to start by buying houses from motivated sellers who want out quickly, such as a possible foreclosure situations.

    I'm looking forward to communicating with folks here and hope i can develop some good relationships  and also that i can help others.
