Newbie Lexington, KY
Hello, I am Chuck and I currently live in Tucson, AZ. Within the next few months I will be moving my family to the Lexington, Kentucky area. I will basically be semi-retired and will need something to keep me busy. Years ago I lived in Ohio and did a rental and a couple flips/rehabs, and a spec home. Although they turned out okay, I have learned much more over the years and think now that I am more educated about real estate investing, I can do even better. I have been researching Lexington and surrounding areas for several months. Any advice anyone can give is appreciated. Thank you for letting me into the BiggerPockets group.
