Lurked for some time, joined today.

Mechanical Engineering / Physics / MBA background, got into rentals in 2010 with a duplex. Positive cash flow for the last few years got me looking and I bought at townhome last month. Looking at a 4plex tomorrow. I live in Georgetown and maintain my own properties.

I already had the trashed unit from an angry tenant, hail damage, frozen pipe burst so you could say I have already had my bumps in the road !
