Newbie from Louisville KY
Hello to the Bigger Pockets community,
I am Michael Wimberg and I found the website through the podcast. (Btw, I am hooked on the podcast, it has become my workout partner). I am from Louisville KY, married father of two, and am a professional fire fighter.
I am interested in creating a future career for after life firefighting. My plan as of now is to get my real estate lisence (going to classes now), and aquire some rental properties. I would like to do this part time until I can retire in 7 years. The term I heard on the podcast I listened to yesterday that really hit home was "stable, passive income". This is what I would like to create.
I have been looking around the website the last few days and am exicted and impressed. The information, knowledge, and helping hands out there is amazing. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and starting to participate.
