WHEN: 6:30pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.
MORE: Tyson's Mall is our traditional venue. We meet in front of California Tortilla and assemble a bunch of tables. It's super casual and with so many food options, nobody goes hungry! This is a great opportunity for new as well as seasoned investors from the DMV to build lasting relationships. People from all areas of real estate are encouraged to come regardless of their experience level.
While we often see househackers, many of our attendees are also in one or more of the following: single family residential, multi family residential, commercial, out of state, wholesaling, contracting, flipping, agents/brokers, property managing, lending, and doing BRRRRs.

There will be no product pitching (we are not here to sell you anything) at this meetup. But, you are encouraged to bring deals and services your business can provide. We've found this to be one of the best environments to find inspiration, network, and even share insights with like-minded individuals.

OK folks, we've posted this early because I want to see if this increases attendance.
At March's meetup, we had about 5-7 tables full of people (about 25-30 people). A pretty good count!
We discussed everything from a large 300+ unit count development to figuring out how to turn a studio apartment in Arlington into a rental.
My aim is to have my permits approved for finishing our basement done in the next week or two and to already have started on the work! Hold me accountable, and be sure to ask me about it when I see you there.

General update for folks! We had pretty major attendance in April's meetup.
