MORE: Tyson's Mall is our traditional venue. We meet in front of California Tortilla and assemble a bunch of tables. It's super casual and with so many food options, nobody goes hungry! This is a great opportunity for new as well as seasoned investors from the DMV to build lasting relationships. People from all areas of real estate are encouraged to come regardless of their experience level.
While we often see househackers, many of our attendees are also in one or more of the following: single family residential, multi family residential, commercial, out of state, wholesaling, contracting, flipping, agents/brokers, property managing, lending, and doing BRRRRs.

There will be no product pitching (we are not here to sell you anything) at this meetup. But, you are encouraged to bring deals and services your business can provide.
