Seeking Rehab, Development, Or New Construction Projects In Austin

Our fund is actively and aggressively seeking rehab, new construction, and small development projects in the greater Austin area. The primary zip codes we're focusing on are currently:

1. 78702 (dirt, scrape, heavy rehab, or small development)
2. 78704 (dirt or small development)
3. 78721 (dirt)
4. 78722 (dirt, scrape, or heavy rehab)
5. 78723 (dirt, scrape, or heavy rehab)

Suitable projects should yield either:

Rehabs => $40k+ net profits to investors in under 6 months from escrow to escrow
New Construction => $60k+ net profits to investors

We can close quickly for cash for rehabs. New construction and small development projects generally require longer due diligence periods due to the joys of dealing with the city for permitting. Rehabs should generally have a going-in purchase price south of $150k, but we'll consider anything with the upside described above.

If you have anything that fits please email me something simple like:

Address =

1-2 pictures if available
1 - 2 sentence synopsis of deal
Purchase Price =
Improvements =
Exit =
Gross Profit =
Net Profit =

We're happy to pay folks well for good deals; wholesalers included.

Several BP members are investing with us and I am happy to provide references if needed. Please don't email me garbage or I will "filter" your email address. Serious opportunities will receive feedback in a matter of hours.
