Trying to find Wholesale contract/agreement for California

David Yonwook Chung

I am trying to find a wholesale contract/agreement from a professional real estate attorney, but having a hard time finding them. I called a few practices but it seems like they are asking more questions and i am teaching them about Wholesaling then actually getting helped. Anyone know any law firm that can assist in this matter?

    Hey David,

Have you heard of lightning docs? A few of my private lender buddies recommended these, and they have some for wholesale as well. Its a great lower priced option to get into the game

    Hey Zachary,

Are you referring to lightningdocs.com? I think this website focuses on creating docs for loans, not sure if it is specifically what I am looking for. i did use eforms.com to create a document. Another question would be, how reliable are these documents that I create online? I am bit afraid of possibly loopholes that can hurt my business

Hi David! From my understanding, Lightning docs are just general legal docs that are for a particular purpose. If you feel more comfortable having a lawyer review it, that is still a stronger starting point to save money since they are not starting fresh.

Understood! that makes sense. Thanks for your insights
