Seems as though the Atlanta market is a roller coaster. Price are down then up and back down. Clayton Co. in Atlanta.. more specifically Jonesboro and Riverdale area are experiencing a fire sale as we speak. I wanted to know who else knows about this and why is it happening? Any insight is appreciated! Thanks

@Jamal Page yes. There are 4 Decatur's. 30030 which includes high priced City of Decatur and the unincorporated areas where turndowns run in the $200's, 30034 with a mix of 1990's and older brick ranches $80's up, 30033 good schools minimum $225k for fixer upper, and 30032 very up and coming.
