Hey guys, i'm a 21 year old living in Kingman, Az with a pretty much minimum wage job. The only thing I've got going for me is that i'm good at saving money. I have $14,000 Saved up and I am planning on buying a cheap forclosure. I wanted to ask, if you were in my shoes, what would you do?
