As 2011 winds down it is a great time to review what worked in 2011, what did not work, what changes need to be made, how the economy is doing overall, etc.

In making those 2012 Real Estate Investing Resolutions - have you checked off what you did or did not accomplish in 2011?

I have a few goals. Actually I think there are 6 areas of our life which we should set goal in to achieve. However I am thinking your question wasn't that broad and was more geared to investing or finance.

Naturally I'm going to buy houses however this year I'm hoping to give back. I've done all kinds of charity work however never did any one thing on purpose or for thought out reason. Except the time I asked my church to accept a 50k donation.

I hoping to start a charity or some kind. Raise a child or send someone thru school or something.

Pay some good friends back their great friendship as well.

It feels good to give. So my goal 2012 do more giving. Only this time with purpose.
