I own one rental property and have bought two homes. Bought one for 181k and sold for 330k during the recession. Bought my current home for 154k and it is valued at 320 in about a five year timeframe. I used a small amount if equity in my current home to invest in the rental. My family own several rental properties and have successfully flipped others. I want to get in on it on a larger scale.
