Does anyone have suggestions for insurance companies that cover residential investment properties with good coverage and good rates? My properties are in Akron and Cleveland Ohio. Thank you in advance.

    We use @Owen Rosen with Steadily out of southern Michigan for our Texas rental properties. He was a good find for us.

    I second the @Owen Rosen he did some insurance for my Akron oh SFR.
